Given our busy schedule, we cannot provide precise service duration estimates. However, you can select a preferred service date from our calendar to best suit your availability.
Your satisfaction with our service is paramount. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will return to rectify the issue promptly. If you contact us after our business hours, leave a message with the date and time at info@sblmultiservices.com, and your 24-hour satisfaction guarantee will still apply.
Our team will reschedule a correction service within three days following the initial service. For rescheduling a cleaning service, please communicate within 24 hours before your scheduled service by emailing the date and time to info@sblmultiservices.com.
If you need to cancel your scheduled service, please do so during our office hours, which are from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. the day before the service. This ensures a cancellation with no charge. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled service) will incur an $80 fee. Our team will reach out to reschedule your appointment.
Total service cancellation (different from a «STOP» service) will result in a $94 charge, as we had reserved a timeslot for your service.
